Remarkably, the RF-1400 is Shoei's lightest SNELL-approved full-face helmet, allowing emergency medical personnel to easily and safely remove the cheek pads from an injured rider's helmet.

Noise reduction is a key focus, with advanced shell aerodynamics and an all-new, air-tight shield system that effectively reduce unwanted wind and road noises. The new window beading further enhances this quiet riding experience without blocking the road's informative sounds.

The ventilation performance of the RF-1400 has been optimized through Shoei's in-house wind tunnel testing, with the relocation and addition of air intake holes in the center/forehead vent to increase the volume of cooling air entering the helmet.

Rider comfort is enhanced by the fully removable, washable, adjustable, and replaceable 3D Max-Dry Interior System II, which is capable of dissipating sweat 2x faster than traditional nylon interiors.
